Joe Brand was raised in the Shenandoah Valley, residing the last 10 years in the Stonewall district. He is a Principled Constitutional Conservative. He and his beautiful wife Susanna have been married 16 years and have 3 wonderful kids. He has worked 25 years in the cybersecurity and tech industry.

Joe will work to keep county government small and to protect individual property rights against those who push more and more regulations.

He is running to keep taxes low, and promises fiscal transparency on all spending. Joe wants to keep Stonewall rural by supporting local agribusiness. He supports slowing down the rapid and condensed housing growth, and will work to attract new businesses, reduce traffic congestion and improve other basic infrastructure.

 

Joe will work to assure the county prioritizes the protection of our groundwater table and local water sources. Joe will push our county, our local schools, and our representatives in Richmond to protect parental rights in education and focus on improving educational achievements.
